Responsibilities:

Managing the digital agile team; Implementing the agile culture in the team and motivating the team; Preparing the backlog list for team mainly based on clients feedback; Understanding the pain points of the clients and removing these pain points; Increasing the number of digital active clients through reason to use items; Monitoring the trends and implementing new features/functionalities to digital channels.

Requirements:

Good level of english knowledge; Business communication skills; Negotiation skills; Experience in mobile technologies; Planning skills; Stress management & conflict resolution; Up to 5 years in bank/fintech/e-commerce or product development sector; Experience in working with external contractors providing software development services; Experience with agile-teams (SCRUM, Kanban and other methodologies) as a plus.
