Good level of english knowledge; Business communication skills; Negotiation skills; Experience in mobile technologies; Planning skills; Stress management & conflict resolution; Up to 5 years in bank/fintech/e-commerce or product development sector; Experience in working with external contractors providing software development services; Experience with agile-teams (SCRUM, Kanban and other methodologies) as a plus.
